Dream Valley Estates is located in Garden Bay, British Columbia, Canada, nestled in Pender Harbour along the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Dream Valley is set amongst a mature coastal western hemlock ecosystem hidden in a fold of the foothills of the Caren Mountain range lapped by the waters of Mixal Lake. Dream Valley is also mere minutes from the Pacific Ocean’s Hospital Bay and Joe Bay. We are a small community of 20 bare land strata owners who each own our individual properties and commonly share our roads, our septic system and use of a state of the art potable water system.

Pender Harbour
The communities of Garden Bay along with Irvines Landing, Kleindale and Madeira Park make up the Pender Harbour Area. Pender Harbour, also referred to as “The Venice of the North” is a boater’s paradise and boasts some of the best sailing, fishing, & diving on the west coast. Bearbay, Pender Hill and Mount Daniel provide locals with great hiking trails, parks, and protected heritage sites. Many lakes are scattered throughout the area providing unparalleled fishing, swimming and canoeing.
